Desired Capability: Do not show subservices when 0 qty
Goal: If services and sub-services are not selected in the "Services" tab (or qty 0), do not display those services/sub-services in the Implementation/Risks/Deliverables, etc tabs for information gathering. IE, I have a service that has many variable sub-tasks (The main service is a top level service and the engineer can select variable sub-tasks under the service). If many services have many subtasks on a project, those tabs result in longs scrolls to get to pertinent data.
