Desired Capability: Assign Phase on Service Import
Goal: When importing Standard Services, the ability to assign to specific phases - not just the default - would be useful. Currently, having to move services to another phase involves importing, then moving; then repeating, etc.
Being able to assign right in the import would substantially reduce that time.
