Desired Capability: Default Service Locations
Goal: Many of our services span default service locations (think about static datacenter locations, public cloud, etc) and are used across many/all projects. Need the ability to have default service locations loaded with consistent naming and address location for users to select when building SOW projects. Without the default, each engineer could enter different naming/addresses, etc for the same service location which is inconsistent and a bad look.
