Granular control over system generated e-mails
When a project is marked as Approved in ScopeStack it sends an email to the Account Executive with a link to the ScopeStack project.
With our process, we have the document generated and put into SharePoint and THEN they get an automated email from our internal system pointing them to the final document (or PDF of the document).
Our Account Execs don’t have access to ScopeStack (and we don’t want them to have it).
We need granular control over system generated messages coming out of ScopeStack to our employees.

John HarrisI'm fully on board with this update. We don't want our Sales Reps near ScopeStack either, only the engineers. If there isn't a way to control these emails would it be possible to at least add in the comments from the Approval? We have an issue with Sales reps thinking these approvals are coming from the customer and they have won the deal. We need some way to tell them it's only an internal approval for the SOW, not a customer acceptance.

Joey RivasThis issue has arisen in our environment for similar concerns. We'd like to exclude the Account Executives from being notified about approvals in Scopestack, as it is strictly used by our pre- and post-sales engineers. Having some additional control over the Approval process when it comes to notifications would be great.

Cole MergedWhen an approval flow status for a scope is changed to "approved" it notifies the sales executives. They often try to enter into the system to review the scope, which is something we do not want them to do as we have more external process steps that must occur before sharing it with them. This causes friction. as a user i would like to be disable notifications sent to sales executives when a scope is approved to prevent this happening.
