Change Orders

I would like the ability to account for Change Orders on a Project: I would be helpful if there was a section in a ScopeStack project that allowed me to enter these values:
Description, Reason for Change, Changes to SoW, Schedule Impact, CR Revenue in $, CR Cost in $
It would be ideal to be able to add multiple of these to a single project if needed. So I can see the total CR Revenue of a Project.
