Disable/Inactivate a User when terminated

When a user is no longer part of the business - I would like to make sure they are not available in the dropdown of available users, but I don't want to delete the user for historical reasons.

JoeyCould I add to this, without creating a new one.
We'd like to see the same thing, but we were thinking about this differently. We'd like to see an option tied to the user for Last Login Date/Time. One is so that we can free up licenses by archiving the users, but also for accountability to see if they are using the system like they are supposed to.
