Ability to override sell price in Vendor Quote section with a fixed value for both T&M & fixed price

I would like the ability to override the sell price in the Vendor Quote section with a fixed value. Currently, the margin rounds to 2 digits, which may throw off the price, while having to adhere to contract rates
