Recurring Billing for Products

When you add a product to a project there is a section where you can make it billable monthly. This does not seem to be reflected in the Project Pricing document.
Second, you cannot set the billing cycle on the product page (whether it's one-time, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually, etc
