Add roundup and rounddown to Survey Calculation Operators

During a survey, when calculations are used to set the quantities of services within recommendations, Scopestack automatically rounds down when less than .5 and rounds up when greater than .5. Would like roundup and rounddown to be added to the list of operators so that a user can achieve the desired rounding.
