Support per‑resource sell pricing for T&M subcontractor quotes
Current Behavior:
Third‑party (subcontractor) section displays a single blended rate.
Sell rate applies to total hours summed across all resources.
Desired Behavior:
Subcontractor quotes can list each resource separately.
For each resource:
Show name, cost rate, hours.
Allow entry of a distinct sell rate.
Calculate line‑item sell totals per resource.
Roll up to an overall quote summary.

Justin Bodie MergedI don't see a way to add vendor pricing at an hourly rate. The only fields are monthly, quarterly and yearly. How about hourly or daily, with a # of hours or days? We commonly sell services or vendor services which have an hourly T&M rate.
